A 47 year-old man from Minneapolis was pulled over in Clark County last week for his eighth drunk driving offense.

The man lead police officers on a high speed chase for nearly half an hour through rural Wisconsin before he was caught. Law enforcement had to use tire spikes to stop the intoxicated driver, who reached speeds up to 110 mph.

Officers attempted to pull the man over for speeding on Highway 29 when he refused to stop. He is currently in the Clark County jail and facing charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, fleeing from police, and driving with a revoked license.
