by Administrator 5. March 2010 05:39

Kenosha city's insurance company settled a case involving a man who was shot by a Kenosha police officer. According to police reports, the settlement was for $1.75 million and was paid to the victim's family.

Although the Kenosha County District Attorney said the officers were justified in their actions, the insurance company recommended a settlement anyway.
