Wisconsin likely to pass a texting while driving ban

by Administrator 5. February 2010 04:42

Wisconsin will likely pass a texting while driving law in the next few months. The law will likely prohibit drivers from texting while behind the wheel.

If Wisconsin passes the bill, it will be the 20th state with a texting while driving provision. The law, however, may be difficult to enforce because drivers will still be able to use their phones for calls.

If you or anyone you know has been injured by a distracted driver, contact the Kenosha car accident attorneys of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
