Deciderio Soto, a resident of Kenosha charged with 11
offenses of drunken driving, was sentenced to five years in prison last week,
said local police.
The last time he was arrested after wrecking his vehicle,
Soto’s blood alcohol content was nearly four times the legal limit, and he was
unable to stand upright on his own at the hospital.
Beyond jail time, Soto, 52, was ordered to five years of
community supervision and other restrictions, but some Kenosha area locals are
still worried that he will be back on the road too soon.
