A Wisconsin man was killed in a single person construction accident that occurred on January 3 in Winona, Minnesota.
The victim, William Abts, 52, was working on a building near a demolition site on the day of the accident. According to a police report, Mr. Abts was cutting some materials when he was hit by falling concrete.
Abts was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
