First Fitness Trampolines, sold exclusively at Toys R Us stores nationwide, are the subject of a recall after the company received reports of the handlebars breaking off, the Consumer Product Safety Commission reported. No injuries have resulted due to the defect, though it could pose a fall or laceration risk.
Aqua-Leisure Industries Inc. manufactured the First Fitness Trampolines that were sold in Toys R Us stores from September 2010 to April 2012. The trampolines are child-sized with blue and red handlebars, a black jumping deck, and a blue deck guard.
Consumers are urged to take the trampoline away from children and contact Aqua-Leisure’s recall hotline to learn more about how to receive a full refund.
